Evidence & Impact

We don't ask you to take our word for it.

Evidence is part of how we build, not an afterthought for marketing. Every number here is specific to one product, one setting, and one point in time — we don't let validated results and development goals blur together.

HeliDoc: validated in the field

Approved methodology. Real mission data. Measured results.

~100

real-world missions

82.2

System Usability Scale

65%

less documentation time

40%

fewer handover errors

These figures come from HeliDoc's existing evidence base. We review methodology, scope, and partner approval before using any of them externally.

Live handover evaluation Pilot / test environment

Test results now. Field validation next.

We're measuring perceived stress, preparation time, and workflow impact — first in test environments, and next in live operation. That includes stress perception, information quality, preparation time, handover quality, and, where we can access it, indicators close to time-to-treatment.

ShockDoc: clinical validation underway Planned

What we're validating. With which teams. Against which outcomes.

ShockDoc is in development and clinical validation with acute care partners. Before rollout, we define the pilot: baseline, target KPIs, measurement period, data ownership, and approvals. HeliDoc's evidence tells you the technology works — it isn't evidence of ShockDoc's clinical impact, and we won't present it as such.

Research & registries

Structured data that could support your registries — a capability we're building, stated plainly.

With the right governance and approvals, precisely timed structured data can help populate the registries you already contribute to and support scientific analysis. We're building toward this; we're not claiming it's automated today.

What healthcare professionals tell us

Feedback we collect on the record, and only publish with permission.

We systematically collect feedback on the admin portal and day-to-day usability from the healthcare professionals using it — logged with date, context, and explicit approval for external use. If it's not approved, it doesn't go on this page.

How we label a claim

Four labels. No blending them together.

Every number we publish is on record with its source, scope, time period, and approval status before it goes live.

Validated

Measured with real methodology, real source, real context — like HeliDoc's usability data from live missions.

Pilot / test environment

Early findings from controlled testing. We label them as early, and we don't generalise from them.

Planned

Development goals, stated as goals — like ShockDoc's upcoming validation or expanded configuration options.

Differentiator

Claims we're confident in technically, cleared legally before we publish them — like offline-first processing or encryption.
